💰 Why do I get a lower price when I book direct?
Booking directly with Ocean Breaks means you avoid third-party platform fees charged by sites like Airbnb and Booking.com. This allows us to offer you the best available rates and better overall value.
💳 How do I pay for my booking?
Payments are made securely via Stripe. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete your payment online.
📅 What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your stay.
🛏️ Are towels and linens provided?
Yes, we provide fresh bed linen along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest for your stay.
🧼 Is the property cleaned before arrival?
Yes, all properties are professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
⏰ What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 10:00. We do offer an early check-in and late check-out service which is payable by the hour and this also has to be arranged in advance so we can manage the cleaning schedules proactively. If you agree any extensions, we will confirm this to you directly on your booking discussion thread. Full arrival details are provided in advance of your standard or extended check-in time.
